Our artists only use professional, cosmetic grade products with FDA approved ingredients.
Our artists hold individual insurance policies and we are happy to provide a photocopy upon request.

Rates

Many factors affect the price of a face painting session including: design size and detail, travel distance, special product requests, or the number of artists required. Therefore, everyone receives an individualized quote for their face and body painting services.

However, the following base rates help to give an idea of where prices start:

Private Sessions: $45-$75/hr
Private Parties: $250/2hrs
Corporate Events: $180/hr
Productions: Private Quotes

Rates may increase during high-demand seasons such as Halloween or DDLM.

Retainer

The Retainer (Hold) Fee is a non-refundable 50% partial payment due upon booking. An artists is not reserved until the retainer fee and contract are received!

The Retainer Fee is non-refundable, but the fee can be transferred to another event (within 60 days and based on availability) if cancellation is made before 14-days of the original event. Cancellations made after 14-days of the event forfeit the Retainer Fee.

Travel

Travel fees are incurred if the session location is beyond 5 miles of 91602. Price is assessed by travelling time, not distance, at a rate of $35 per 15 min.

Artist Requirements

Our artist need an acceptable work area. If the requirement for the artistry is unavailable (table, chairs,weather protection, lighting) this equipment is available to rent. Additional set up time beyond the artist's needs is consider additional time and will be added to the contracted amount.

When booking an Artist, please keep in mind they will need an acceptable work area. This includes:
A convenient parking space with any parking fees prepaid (or added to the contract)
A Safe work area - AWAY from speakers
Adult sized table no smaller than 3 x 3 min. w/ 2 chairs
Drinking water
Weather protection ( a tree is not adequate)
Lighting (outlet and extension cord)
